Training and Development

We provide structured training for all of our employees whatever their level of experience. This includes both internal and external training.

  • The Girling Jones 6 week induction, bespoke to each new starter based on level of experience
  • Assessed candidate interviews and client visits
  • 6 monthly refresher modules
  • The Girling Jones leadership programme for existing and aspiring managers

On top of the continuous training, we all work to a quarterly personal business plan, which is reviewed in the monthly business 121’s. We have a good balance of support and structure without falling into the realms of over or micro-management.
