Builder

Girling Jones are working with a large maintenance contractor to recruit Builders around Truro and surrounding areas. You will be working within void properties carrying out general repairs.

Day to day “Builder ” duties

• Attending appointments at occupied domestic properties
• plastering, brick & block work, tiling, structural repairs, masonry works etc
• Ordering materials

What you’ll need to succeed:

• NVQ level 2 / City & Guilds, or similar
• To be multi skilled
• Experience within a similar role
• Own van or clean driving licence
• Hours 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Fri

What you’ll get in return:

• £19 per hour paid via CIS or £14 per hour PAYE
• 37 hour working week  (Monday – Friday)
• Van, full card, tools provided
