Builder

I am working with a large maintenance contractor to recruit Builders on a self-employed basis around Truro and surrounding areas. The builders will be carrying out repairs within empty properties.

Day to day “Builder” duties

• Attending appointments at occupied & domestic properties
• Carrying out repairs within void and occupied properties 
• Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, masonry works, brick work repairs
• Ordering materials

What you’ll need to succeed:

• NVQ level 2 or time served
• To be multi skilled to be able to cover structural repairs
• Experience within a similar role
• Driving licence
• Hours 8am – 4.30pm Mon – Fri

What you’ll get in return:

• £19 per hour paid via CIS or £14 per hour PAYE
• 37 hour working week (Monday – Friday)
• Van, full card, tools provided
