Our Client is currently seeking a Chartered Landscape Architect to join their London and South-East Landscapes team. The successful candidate will work closely with the team’s Associate to ensure that projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and meet the client’s expectations, while also assisting with fee proposals and other deliverables. Their Landscape Architectural team is growing and part of a multi-disciplinary practice that covers a broad range of work across various sectors, including residential development, education, public realm, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess essential qualities such as excellent communication, collaboration skills, and self-motivation.

The person specification requires a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (ideally at least 3 years post Chartership) or a confident candidate with suitable experience who is on the Pathway to Chartership.

The candidate should have experience in leading all stages of designing and delivering multiple projects on-site, excellent interpersonal skills, and an independent, highly organized, technically proficient, and proactive with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities and skillsets include the experience of working within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment, ideally with Revit/ AutoCAD user plus knowledge of FormIt would be an additional benefit.

The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge, quality presentation skills, and excellent report writing abilities using the Adobe Creative Suite, NBS Chorus, Publisher, and good hand sketching. They will play a central role in client management and satisfaction, maintain and grow existing relationships, while identifying future opportunities.

The candidate should be able to advise clients and project teams on relevant landscape matters for planning, landscape management, and biodiversity, contribute to fee agreements by setting out the scope of service to be delivered on each project and manage high standard production of drawings and details complying with company policies, standard, and quality assurance processes.
