As the company surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing and developing the property portfolio, with direct reporting to the board and senior management. Your exceptional skills and attributes will be the key to unlocking the full potential of our real estate assets.

Responsibilities:
· Portfolio Management: You will oversee the management of the existing property portfolio, ensuring the smooth operation of common areas, company health and safety, and effective liaison with occupiers and tenants for maintenance matters.
· Asset Management: Engage with tenants, consultants, and occupier/investors to handle lease matters, rent reviews, renewals, and breaches, maximizing the value of our assets.
· Acquisition and Refurbishments: Utilize your building surveying expertise to bring newly acquired properties up to standard, oversee fit-out and refurbishment works, and enhance the aesthetics of our existing buildings.
· Development Support: Collaborate on the development of new schemes, liaising with services, contractors, and ensuring smooth certification and documentation processes.
· Strategic Support: Assisting directors and senior management with day-to-day operations, planning, building regulations applications, and identifying new acquisitions and development opportunities.
· Marketing and Networking: Work alongside marketing agents and key management to promote our properties and cultivate new business relationships.
