Girling Jones Recruitment Consultants is working with a trusted service provider serving public and private sector clients in catering, cleaning, and facilities management. They’re currently seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join the team in Exeter.
As the Compliance Manager, you will oversee contract compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and legislation across various disciplines. Your role will involve implementing best practices for maximum efficiency and creating a conducive working environment for our employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing IMS/QMS/EMS implementation, audits, and continuous improvement.
- Developing a compliance strategy, action plan, and mobilization plan.
- Participating in audits and compliance programs to meet company/client objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and company policies.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with proven experience as a Compliance Manager or in a related role. The successful candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in delivering Facilities Management services.
- Proficiency in Health and Safety legislation.
- Financial and budgetary experience with strong commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of statutory compliances and associated legislation.
- Leadership and motivational skills to achieve local and organizational goals.
