We are looking to hire an experienced Construction Administrator with a background working within the construction industry to join one of our clients based on the outskirts of Exeter.

Founded in 2020, our client specialises in high-end fit out and refurbishment projects across Retail, Leisure and Commercial construction sectors. Think top of the range Gyms and Spa’s, Michelin starred restaurants and exclusive Nightclubs.
Although based in Devon, they work across the UK for their clients, priding themselves on the quality of their service and high levels of repeat business. As you would imagine, their own offices are stunning and based in idyllic surroundings on the outskirts of Exeter. They run a happy team and regularly take part in team social events and networking. Due to a new phase of expansion and work winning they are looking for a Construction Administrator to join their office
The Role
Reporting into the Directors, the Construction Administrators day-to-day administrative duties will also include the support and integration of a new internal management system across the business, making sure each department in the business is using the system correctly.
The right candidate
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and expertise:
- Stable career history in administration, office management or document control
- Experience working within the construction industry desirable
- Excellent written and IT skills
- Knowledge of Document Control desirable
