Part-time Construction Site Administrator, Plymouth
Rate: £10.50-£13 per hour PAYE freelance rate
Role: Part time construction site administrator (16 – 20 hours per week) required for a construction business on a large site in Central Plymouth. Main duties include, scan documents created on site, name them as per naming convention and upload to designated folders in a online filling system. There will also be meeting minutes to type up and various tasks on the Common Data Environment to carry out as directed by Project / Site Manager (organising / checking drawings revisions etc and printing off hard copies)
Individual: Candidate will ideally have administrator construction experience and be used to working in a busy, live construction site environment. Ideally working for a main or subcontractor they will need to be fully IT literate using Microsoft Office packages. Document Control experience would be advantageous but not essential.
