Administrators in Barnstaple… stop and read!!
I am working with a maintenance contractor to recruit a Contract Administrator to join the team. You will be part of Asset Management and be responsible for managing planned maintenance contracts.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance
- Updating records and making sure accurate data is received
- Producing reports on compliance and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with contractors, clients and tenants
You will need:
- To be computer literate with extensive experience in word, excel and database management
- Previous experience within a similar role, compliance and auditing systems
- Excellent communication skills verbally and written
In return:
- 30 hours per week
- 6 month fixed term contract
