A bit about the Company
A specialist civil engineering, groundwork and surfacing contractor, they have build a stellar reputation on their delivery of contracts across both public and private sector clients.
Operating as a £30M turnover business, they take pride in their work and subsequently are looking for a “Contracts Manager” to join the team
Typically projects in this division are as you would expect:
- All Section 278 works
- Residential Groundworks
A bit about the opportunity
The “Contracts Manager” will be fully accountable for managing between 6-8 live projects, geographically spreading across the North Devon and Mid Devon patch
This will involve the day to day management of the teams delivering, reporting directly into the Director. You will be keeping a close eye on the division commercially
Ideally you will have the following:
- A solid career history in “Groundworks” or “Residential Groundworks”
- Civil Engineering related qualification (preferred)
- Excellent management skills – proven experience in driving teams and individuals to perform at their best ability!
- Engineering background would be ideal!
