What are they looking for?

They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team – working in the office and on site and responsible for an array of contracts from small works through to larger projects involving multiple resources and up to £3m in value.

Duties to include: 

  • Responsibility for organising the investigation works including programming, resourcing, procurement and close liaison with suppliers and client 
  • Preparation of briefs and instructions for the execution of the works
  • Helping to establish the works on site and ensure that all field staff understand project requirements
  • Ongoing communication and management of the investigation team through fieldwork to ensure technical, commercial, quality and safety compliance
  • Processing of field information
  • To manage key delivery dates of post fieldwork stages

Is it for you?

In order to be considered for the role, you MUST come from a geological background and have the following:

  • Minimum of 5 working in the Ground Investigation sector 
  • Extensive experience supervising investigation works on site including knowledge and experience site sampling, in situ testing and laboratory testing 
  • Understand of current H & S Legislation
