Position: Freelance Site Manager, (no2) Taunton
Rate: £22-£28 per hour depending on experience
Role: Site Manager (no2) to work for a principal main contractor under a lead site manager on a £7m high end spa near the Somerset/Devon borders. The role will require overseeing the subcontractors on site, checking the QA, site health and safety, taking the project through to completion.
Individual: Site Manager candidate will ideally have refurbishment or ‘one off’ high-end residential experience on similar size projects for a main contractor with a minimum of five years management experience coming from a trade background originally. They will need to have valid SMSTS, first aid and CSCS Card.
