I am looking for a General Operative to join the team of a maintenance contractor based in Exeter. You will be carrying out pre planned preventative maintenance within residential and commercial properties.
Duties will include:
- Maintenance repairs
- Fire alarm testing
- Checking fire equipment
- Reporting faults
- Checking emergency lighting
You will need:
- Experience within a maintenance related role
- Good communication skills
- Own transport
