Girling Jones is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager experienced in drainage, infrastructure, and road adoptions for housing sites to join my client’s head office in Cornwall. You’ll be responsible for overseeing infrastructure design and construction, working with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and up-to-date plans, managing the project timeline and budget, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and ensuring high-quality work.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, multiple years of experience in housing site infrastructure design and construction, the ability to lead and motivate a team, a strong understanding of infrastructure design and construction, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
