Girling Jones are working with a national Building and Maintenance contractor who are looking for a Maintenance Technician on a Self-Employed basis in Exeter.
You will be carrying out responsive repairs.
You will be working a 37.5 hour working week
Day to day duties:
- Responsive maintenance repairs
- Carrying out multi skilled repairs
- Undertake maintenance within the residences in a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and maintenance repairs
You will need:
- NVQ or Time Served in Plumbing/Carpentry
- Experience within a similar role
In Return:
- £14 per hour PAYE or £18 per hour CIS
- Company van supplied when arrive onto site
