MEP Project Manager

Mechanical Project Manager / Electrical Project Manager / MEP Project Manager sought, Maidstone. Girling Jones require either an M or E Project lead to oversee the delivery of mechanical and electrical services to a high rise accommodation project for Folkestone Hospital. The scheme is to provide circa 100 room accommodation for staff training within the NHS Trust.
  
The business,

• A midlands based, progressive M&E contractor working nationwide for a select group of main contractors delivering various schemes within the commercial, high-rise residential, medical and industrial sectors. You will be relied upon to be the site lead and go to, reporting back in to the operations team within the HQ.

  
What you’ll need to succeed,

• Relevant mechanical or electrical or building services engineering qualifications
• HNC, HND or equivalent
• SMSTS / SSSTS and relevant CSCS
• Proven history of managing the delivery of MEP services to new build facilities, biased to either mechanical or electrical engineering.

  
In return, we are offering an ongoing contract commencing with immediate effect running through until the end of 2023 with the potential on further work within the region there on.
