Multi Skilled Operative

Girling Jones are working with a national building and maintenance contractor to recruit Multi Skilled Operative to join the team in Gloucester. You will be carrying out a range of responsive external maintenance repairs within domestic properties.

Duties will include:

• External works repairs soffits, facias, guttering
• Rendering repairs
• Concrete repairs
• Repairing path, laying slabs
• Minor internal repairs, painting and decorating, hanging doors

You will need:

• NVQ level 2 / City & Guilds in a relevant trade or be time served
• Experience within a similar role
• Own tools & driving licence

In Return:

• £19 per hour
• 39 hours working week 8am – 4pm
• Temp to permanent for the right candidate
