Multi Skilled Operative – Bristol

Girling Jones are working with a South West based client who are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative covering the geographical location of Bristol and surrounding areas. You will support the Maintenance & Facilities Manager with general maintenance across their sites.

You will be working a 40 hour working week from 8am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
  
Duties to include:
  

• Compliance checks to include – Fire Doors, Legionella & Emergency Lighting
• General repairs (carpentry, plumbing and building)
• Outside duties such as replacement decking, fencing & refurbishments
• General grounds maintenance duties

You will need:
  

• Experience within responsive maintenance repairs
• Full UK driving licence
• Undertake a full DBS check (disclosure and barring service)
• A qualification within a trade (desirable but not essential)

• £30,000
