I am working with a national educational business to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative to join the maintenance team in Bristol. You will be carrying out repairs and maintenance within various buildings within the Bristol and surrounding areas.
Duties will include:
- Day to day carpentry, plumbing repairs
- Painting
- Tiling
- Fencing
- Mowing lawns
- Cleaning windows
- Clearing guttering
You will need:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- To be multi skilled carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering
- Own tools
- Clean driving licence – van supplied
- To be flexible to travel to various properties
- Good communication skills
This will be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate paying a competitive salary and great benefits.
