Position: Project/Senior Site Manager, residential new build Plymouth
Salary: £55k-£65k plus package depending on experience
Role: Site Project Manager/Senior Site Manager required for a regional building contractor to work on a new build 40-unit, timber frame housing site in Plymouth. Various units are at different stages of construction with extensive external works to the development still to take place so will need a well-rounded individual to take the site to completion. Reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager. Once this project is completed there is further schemes in the Plymouth region to go onto.
Individual: Candidate will have proven track record of delivering residential schemes from the ground to completion either for residential developers or main contractors. They will need to be client facing, able to do contract reviews and doing client reports. Candidate will also need valid CSCS Managers Card, SMSTS and first aid.
