Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor seeking progression with a successful developer contractor? The opportunity exists to join a dynamic team with an interesting portfolio of projects along the M4 Corridor 
 
As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be joining an established and well-structured team in place during the earlier stages of a £50M scheme in Swindon. You will be responsible to the Commercial lead and work closely with them to deliver this flagship project

Key Deliverables 

• The successful candidate will provide valuable support to the commercial team throughout the region
• Although the role will predominantly be site based there may be a requirement for some office-based works in the Regional Offices in Cardiff  
• Duties will include the day to day financial and cost control and reporting of the development to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions

Non Negotiables 

• At least 2 years as an AQS, ideally for a housing developer or main contractor 
• Degree Qualified – construction related discipline 
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC preferred
