Quantity Surveyor, Swindon
Rate: £300-£400 per day PAYE depending on experience
Role: Site based Quantity Surveyor required for a top tier main contractor to work on a £5m D&B JCT new build primary school near Swindon. This is a site-based role and the quantity surveyor will be responsible for the project from the start overseeing procurement through to final account. Reporting into a visiting commercial manager overall.
Individual: Candidate will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar size projects on their own as a standalone Quantity Surveyor for a recognised main contractor. They will need a relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying. Education experience would be preferred but not essential. This is a freelance or temp to perm role and the project will run for over 12 months.
