Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor sought, Exeter. Girling Jones require a Quantity Surveyor / Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a client of ours based within their Exeter regional office. A progressive mechanical and electrical contractor with a steady pipeline of works, seeking further commercial support.
  
Day to Day,

• As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside our experienced team of surveyors, providing support on a range of projects across various sectors. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with tendering, procurement, cost management, and project administration there on.

  
What you’ll need to succeed,

• 2+ Years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (we’re open to applications from building services, construction, civils, etc and offering an individual the chance to get into building services)
• We’re fortunate to be able to offer a chance into building service engineering, as such broader construction knowledge welcomed as opposed to specific MEP
• Industry experience in commercial projects would be of benefit
