Quantity Surveyor

Senior/Quantity Surveyor, Exeter 
  
Rate: £250-£450 per day agency PAYE depending on experience
  
Role: Quantity Surveyor required for a well-established top tier main contractor to work on a £100m+ healthcare scheme in the South-West initially working on the pre-construction phase for a year with an existing commercial team, either overseeing various packages commercially or running smaller projects that start ahead of the main bulk of works. Reporting into a visiting commercial manager overall.
  
Individual: Candidate will need to have a proven track record of working for recognised contractor on sizeable projects either as Project/Senior QS level. Healthcare P22/NEC experience would be advantageous but not essential although some form of public sector project experience would be required. This is a freelance role and with a 12 month pre-con time frame with the opportunity to stay on the project once it goes to site for a further 3 years.
