Senior/Associate Chartered Building Surveyor

Girling Jones have taken on an exciting opportunity to work with a consultancy in Devon looking to take on a senior or Associate Building Surveyor to work directly under the owners and directors.
The consultancy is multi-disciplinary however currently is seeing a lot of projects within schools and commercial work. They are a smaller consultancy with a staff of 8 so would be an excellent opportunity to join to influence and grow the business.
You will be involved in the full spectrum of Building Surveying services but ideally you would help grow the client base and mentor younger team members.
What we are looking for?
• MRICS.
• Proven experience in consultancy background.
• A driven and passionate individual.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Devon based.
