Winning a host of awards of over the years, they specialise in building quality, purpose-built one and two bedroom apartments in desirable locations across the UK
About the Role
Based on site and reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll successfully manage all aspects of the building site from inception to completion. Duties will include:
- Full programme management – life cycle of the development
- Using specified drawings and instructions, you’ll manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met
- Writing progress reports
- Liaising with the client and external stakeholders frequently
- Responsibility for health and safety issues, trades and material co-ordination, site presentation and cost control
What we need
Successful applicants will have the following:
- Experience delivering Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes or Student Accommodation
- Black or white CSCS card
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management
