Position: Freelance Site Manager, Bideford
Rate: £240 -£270 a day CIS

Role: Freelance No1. Site Manager to oversee a £1m new build to an existing school project near Bideford. Site Manager will be responsible for delivering the project from start to finish, overseeing the subcontractors, responsible for site health and safety, overseeing quality, short term programming.
Individual: Candidate will have worked for main contractors, ideally working on education or public sector schemes. Site Manager will have a proven track record of delivering schemes of a similar size and nature from start to completion. They will need to be client facing, good with health and safety and dealing with subcontractors. Will need to have valid SMSTS, asbestos awareness, CSCS Card, first aid, and a DBS check would be advantageous.
