Roaming Site Supervisor, various housing refurbishment sites in Plymouth, South Devon and Dartmoor.
Salary: £35k-£38k per annum plus company van
Role: Hands on Site Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of property refurbishments in Plymouth, South Devon and Dartmoor. Projects involve full strip out and fit out including new rewire, new kitchen and bathrooms and full decoration to multiple houses in the social housing sector.
Individual: Candidate will come from a trades background and be a hands on site supervisor who is able to muck in when required. They will also oversee planning for materials, updating on progress of projects, overseeing the site health and safety and checking on labour force and trades on each site. they will need to oversee multiple projects in a roaming role. Must have valid SSSTS or SMSTS, First aid and CSCS Card. Will also need to have a valid driving licence.
