Wet Room Fitter

Girling Jones are working with a large maintenance contractor who are based in North Devon to recruit a bathroom / wet room fitter to join the planned maintenance team.

You will ideally be based in Barnstaple, Bideford, Woolacombe or surrounding areas.
Duties will include:

• Rip out old bathrooms
• Plumb in sanitary ware, pipework
• Install low level / level access shower trays
• Boxing in pipes, skirting, windowsills
• Plastering to make walls good
• Tiling
• Painting

You will need:

• Plumbing qualifications (NVQ 2/3 or time served)
• Experience fitting wet rooms
• Asbestos awareness
• Own transport
• Own tools
• Good communication skills as will be working in occupied properties

In return
  

• 31,000 per annum or £20 per hour paid CIS
• Company van & fuel card & tools
• 39 hour working week Monday to Friday
