A very reputable business specialising in building new homes across the South West region are looking to procure an Assistant Site Manager one of their developments in North Devon. They are a company both well-established but better yet, have a fantastic drive to grow the business over the next couple of years, maintaining the exceptional standards of their new homes along the way.
With a business plan of building 400 units a year on a consistent basis, they pride themselves on their build quality and achieving completion on site on time and within budget. They have an extremely low staff turnover which speaks volumes about the business and how they appreciate their staff.
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a development from inception through to completion, handover and aftercare. You would also manage the site based teams and co-ordinate all the information from each team member, attend weekly client meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Assistant Site Manager, ideally for a housing developer
- SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
- Knowledge of Traditional Build
