Carpenter

I am working with a building and maintenance contractor who are locally based in Exeter to recruit a Carpenter to join the team on a long term ongoing contract. You will be part of a growing team carrying out repairs and working on small works projects within Exeter and East Devon.

The working hours are 7.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week )

Duties will include:

• Day to day repairs within domestic and commercial properties
• Replacing soffits, fascias, windows and doors
• First and second fix

You will need:

• NVQ / City & Guilds or be time served in a relevant trade
• Experience within a similar role
• Own transport
• Own tools
• Own PPE

In return:

• £19 per hour paid CIS
• 40 hour working week
