Electrician

I am working with a maintenance contractor who are based in Exeter who are looking to recruit an Electrician on a long-term contract basis. You will be carrying out day to day repairs in student accommodation and university buildings.

You will be working a 40-hour working week,

Day to day Electrician duties:

• Carrying out responsive maintenance repairs
• Remedial work
• Changing sockets and lighting
• Installing showers

You will need:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical installations
• 18th Edition wiring regulations
• 2391 inspection & testing (desirable)
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Asbestos awareness
• Own transport

What you’ll get in return:

• £20 per hour paid CIS
• 40 hour working week
