General Builder

I am working with a building and maintenance contractor who are locally based in Exeter to recruit a General Builder to join the team. You will be part of a growing team carrying out repairs and working on small works projects within Exeter and East Devon.

Duties will include:

• Day to day repairs within domestic and commercial properties
• Replacing soffits, fascias, windows and doors
• Brick and block work
• Plastering and rendering

You will need:

• NVQ / City & Guilds or be time served in a relevant trade
• Experience within a similar role
• Own transport
• Own tools
• Own PPE

In Return:

• £19 per hour paid CIS

The working hours are 7.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week )
