General Builder

A regional building maintenance contractor are recruiting for a General Builder to work in Cornwall. Ideally you will be based in Truro, Helston, St Austell, Redruth or surrounding areas and be flexible to travel around Cornwall. You will be part of a team working within occupied domestic properties carrying out repairs.

Duties will include:

• Attending occupied domestic properties
• Carrying out responsive repairs
• Carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, masonry
• Ordering materials

You will need:

• NVQ Level 2 / City & guilds in a trade or be time served
• Experience working within a similar role
• Clean driving licence as vehicle provided
• Good communication skills
