Are you a HSE advisor with experience in heavy civils, oil & gas or nuclear? Does an opportunity working with a large, privately owned contractor delivering a number of the South Wests’ major projects inspire you to consider seeking a new opportunity?

We are working with a civils contractor who are seeking to appoint a HSE Advisor for a 12 month contract based in South Devon. You will work closely with the Project Director providing safety critical support to a large infrastructure scheme supporting good health & safety practice across the management team, workforce and sub contractors. This contractor operates a “safety ripple” approach with everybody in the organisation being accountable for maintaining and developing safety standards. With a strong track record of minimal incidents this position will support day to day efforts

Based largely in South Devon your role will include;

  • Supporting the provision of health & safety across contracting sites within the region being supported by an experienced management team and peer group.
  • Working closely with the contractors key client base to understand, resolve and recommend on issues.

The most suitable HSE advisor will ideally have a formal Health & Safety qualification and prior experience in similar as stated sectors. Relevant IOSH | NEBOSH qualifications are also expected. £220 to £260 per day
