Mason

I am working with a building maintenance contractor who are based in North Devon for a Mason who is multi skilled to join the responsive maintenance team. You will be working in occupied properties carrying out day to day repairs and maintenance. The ideal location for the Mason to be based is Barnstaple or surrounding areas.

Duties will include:

• Brick repairs
• Block paving and slabbing
• Pointing
• Plastering
• Attending call outs
• Ordering materials

You will need:

• A qualification in masonry / bricklaying (NVQ 2/3 or City & guilds or be time served)
• Experience working within a similar role
• Asbestos awareness
• Own transport or clean licence
• Own tools
• Good communication skills as will be working in occupied properties
