Plumber

Girling Jones are recruiting on behalf of a Devon based maintenance contractor for a plumber to join the team in Exeter. You will be carrying out responsive maintenance repairs in occupied and empty properties.

Duties will include:

• Day to day repairs
• Finding and fixing leaks
• Replacing WC’s, Basin’s, taps
• Flushing systems
• Installing shower trays and baths

You will need:

• Plumbing qualifications (NVQ 2/3 or time served)
• Experience in a similar role
• Own transport to get to site
• Own tools
• Good communication skills
