Plumber

I am recruiting for a Multi Skilled plumber to work around Bodmin and surrounding areas. You will be joining a large maintenance contractor carrying out a 40 hour working week working in void properties carrying out repairs.

Duties will include:

• Attending domestic properties to carry out repairs
• Carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing
• Ordering materials

You will need:

• NVQ Level 2 / City & guilds in carpentry / Plumbing, painting or plastering or timeserved
• Experience working within a similar role
• Clean driving licence as vehicle provided
• Good communication skills

In return:

• £19 per hour (Paid CIS)
• 40 hour working week
