Quantity Surveyor

Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor sought, North London. Girling Jones are working alongside a building services contractor seeking further commercial support on a energy scheme in North London.

We require a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor ideally with NEC 3 or NEC 4 contract knowledge to join a commercial team overseeing delivery of a large energy from waste scheme in North London utilising the NEC 4 form of contract.

What you’ll need to succeed,

• Proven mechanical and electrical QSing experience
• NEC 3 or NEC 4 contract knowledge
• Abilities to price up mechanical and electrical CEs
• Commercial Management / QSing qualification or equivalent

In return, we are offering a competitive day rate (Upto to circa £400.00 per day) for the suitable applicant.
