We have been asked to procure and experienced Sales Brokerage Manager to join a family run business in Chippenham, Wiltshire. You’ll be responsible for expanding an ever-growing Outsourced Waste Solutions service throughout the UK. Building on the existing client base and developing supplier relationships on a National scale. The target market will predominantly be ‘blue chip’ Construction, House builders and Fit Out contractors.
The role will include;
Large amounts of site visits and regular meetings with our suppliers. Aiming to strengthen and grow relationships securing further work, maximizing the company brand across the UK through like-minded partners in line with the companies own core values.
What we are looking for;
- Achieve year on year growth of the Outsourced dept with clearly targets and margins
- Good knowledge of the waste industry and supplier network nationally.
- Confident negotiator building on current and new relationships
- Bring new accounts on board whilst developing and growing the live accounts.
- Schedule meetings with both suppliers, customers and attending site visits where applicable.
- Action any issues/complaints in a timely manner maintaining the good relationship throughout
- Presentation skills and reporting to colleagues and managers
- Ability to write and sell proposals to cover National deals
- Continually remain updated on developments within the sectors and businesses across the UK.
- Require a good attitude to work alone on the road whilst being supported by the office.
- Working hours 8am – 5pm
