I am working with a leading property maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit an Administrator to join the team in Truro assisting with general administration duties.
Duties will include:
- Scheduling work for engineers
- Diary management
- Processing of information
- Scanning documents, faxing, filing, photocopying
- Answering telephones, dealing with queries
- liaising with tenants, contractors and clients
- Inputting job details onto system
- Ordering materials
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous office experience
- Need to be organised
- Have the ability to work in a busy environment
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Have the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience within construction, maintenance or housing
- Hours will be Mon – Fri 8.00am to 4.30pm
