We’ve been lucky enough not to have had to make any redundancies and now we’re hiring once again.
We would like to hire two “Senior Consultants” with experience recruiting within one of the following sectors:
- Property / Building Maintenance
- Civil Engineering

The Exeter office has a clear plan to expand to 20 staff by 2023 through hard work, exceptional service and a sprinkling of mini cheddars.

All our new consultants enjoy our 12 week induction which eases you into the role as your knowledge and confidence grows. The first 6 months are about honing your skills and learning the technical aspects of the desk, focusing on quality and exceptional service. If you get that right then success will naturally follow.
You’ll also be given a mentor to work with you through your probation ensuring your success at Girling Jones. You’ll know you’ve made the right decision.

First of all you must be from a recruitment background. That’s essential I’m afraid.
We also want a proven track record and stable work history.
