I am working with a leading property maintenance contractor who are based in Cornwall to recruit an Administrator to join the team in Bodmin assisting with general administration duties.
Duties will include:
- Logging jobs on to a database
- Setting up quotes and approving them
- Creating PO Numbers
- Resolving queries by telephone and email
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Compliance
- Processing of information
- Scanning documents, faxing, filing, photocopying
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous office experience
- Need to be organised
- Have the ability to work in a busy environment
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Have the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience within construction, maintenance or housing
- Hours will be Mon – Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm
- Work from home once fully trained
