I am working with a well established maintenance contractor to recruit a Plasterer who is multi skilled to join the team in Cornwall. You will be working in occupied and void properties carrying out repairs and maintenance.
Duties will include:
- All aspects of plastering including skimming, rendering and drywall finishing
- Preparing surfaces for plastering, tiling or painting
- Painting various surfaces
- Tiling floors and walls
- Basic carpentry and plumbing when required
You will need:
- A qualification in plastering or be time served
- Proven experience as a plasterer and abilities in related trades
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Clean driving licence
- Own tools
The plasterer role will be temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
