Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects, demonstrating expertise in financial management.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, embodying professionalism and effective communication.
- Represent the company proficiently and contribute to its positive image.
- Prepare intricate Transport Assessments and navigate micro-simulation traffic modeling.
- Contribute to strategic site promotion through Local Plan processes.
- Provide expert support in Planning Appeals and Public Inquiries.
- Prepare robust rebuttals and negotiate favorable outcomes for our clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven leadership in project management and financial oversight.
- Skillful interaction with clients and professionals.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Proficiency in Transport Assessments and traffic modeling tools (Paramics, VISSIM, SATURN).
- Experience in promoting large-scale residential development through Local Plans.
- Aptitude in preparing evidence for Planning Appeals and Inquiries.
- Ability to manage project finances and coordinate teams.
Desirable:
- Chartered status in a relevant discipline.
- Expertise in highway design and Road Safety Audits.
- Skill in client relationship management and business growth.
