The Plymouth offices of a highly respected architectural practice are looking for an experienced “Senior Architect” to join their team and spearhead growth in the region.
Their portfolio of work is super exciting, working on projects from £1m – £60m in value. Covering a diverse range of sectors, including Healthcare, Education Commercial and Leisure, their projects showcase a true passion for exciting yet sustainable design.
Their clients include high net worth individuals and developers as well as regional frameworks, giving for stability and consistent future growth. Their digital capability is second to none, with CGI Visualisation, Revit and BIM part of their offering from concept to completion.
The Position
They are looking for an experienced “Senior Architect” to join their Plymouth office, taking over the existing team and growing their client base across the region. The role has three key areas of focus:
- Management of own projects
- Marketing and Business Development
- Team growth and Management
Taking over an existing team of 4, the long term plan is to grow a team and region to 10-12 strong, with their current service offering all in-house. Your career development, route to Director and earning potential will be directly linked to the success of the Plymouth office under your stewardship.
The successful candidate
- Experienced at “Senior Architect” or “Associate Architect” level
- Confident running projects from concept to completion
- Local to Plymouth or looking to relocate
- Confident networker with a passion for business development
- Experienced managing a team or keen to manage
