Senior Quantity Surveyor, Bristol/M4 corridor
 
Salary: £65k-£85k plus package depending on experience
 
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver one of two projects either a £15m new build NHS facility or a £14m newbuild school for a top tier main contractor. Overseeing the financial pre-construction phase then run the project from start to final account. This is a lead QS role with sole responsibility for delivering the project financially working alongside an establish site team. Projects are based along the M4 corridor out of Bristol towards Reading. The Senior Surveyor will be required to visit site 2-3 times a week with a mix of working from the head office in Bristol and working from home. Working under a Managing Quantity Surveyor
 
Individual: Candidate will have worked on similar size projects ideally in the public sector for recognised main contractors and ideally have 2 stage pre-construction experience. They will need to demonstrate being able to run projects as their own from start to final account. Great opportunity to join a busy main contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.
