We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager (Operations), to join our direct delivery team at Imjin Barracks.  
Working alongside our Built Estate Manager (BEM), you’ll manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the area, act as soft landings manager for 2 major projects being delivered in phases over the next 6 years and manage the handover process for all new and refurbished buildings, ensuring a seamless transition from projects to daily operations.
In addition to this, you will manage the grounds contract, attending weekly grounds meetings, key stakeholders meetings and monthly assurance checks, support the Built Estate Manager in investigating and resolving complaints, participate in the optimisation of operational processes alongside the other Service Delivery Managers with a focus on maximising efficiency and improving productivity, and work with the Asset Team to ensure all assets are transferred to operations and PPM tasks are generated in the CAFM system.
What You Need To Do The Job

  • Personality and team fit are just as important as qualifications and experience.  If you’re down to earth, with a sense of humour that will definitely put you in good stead, as will the ability to anticipate problems before they arise.
  • Emergencies are par for the course in facilities management, so we’re looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and will remain calm under pressure.


  • In addition to this you will need a full UK driving licence, NEBOSH  or IOSH certification and experience of working within a Service Delivery management or supervisory role within Hard FM.
  • It would be advantageous if you hold Prince2 or similar project management qualification too.
