We are looking to procure and experienced “Site Manager” to join a successful UK construction and civil engineering business
You will be joining a really lovely team of people, working for a firm who really look after their staff. Plus, you will be based in Plymouth – Britain’s Ocean City!
This specific division of the larger business act as both principal contractor and subcontractor on a variety of projects typically across the heavy civils, concrete and large infrastructure sectors
They have been appointed to deliver the concrete and waterproofing package as part of a larger £40M+ scheme and therefore need an experienced “Site Manager” to jump on board!
A bit more about it
Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for this concrete project from award to handover. Key duties will include:
- Management of site teams – Engineer, Foreman and QS
- Management of specialist subcontractors
- Short term planning
- Client progress meetings
- Engineering and Design Liaison
- Management of H&S

We can only consider candidates with the following:
- Must be a British National
- Concrete Repair & steel reinforcement experience ideally
- Familiar with CDM regulations
- CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS & First Aid
