Position: Freelance Site Manager (Groundworks and new build), Plymouth
Rate: £270-£300 a day umbrella CIS or PAYE
Duration: 8 months
Role: Freelance Site Manager required to oversee a £3.5m infrastructure groundworks and build project as part of a larger infrastructure project in Plymouth.
Individual: Candidate will have worked for a recognised main contractor in the build or civils sector and have a proven track record of delivering schemes of a similar size and nature from start to completion. They will need to be client facing, strong on health and safety and dealing with subcontractors.
